Class 3 Prelim 13 (Restricted to combinations with no BD points),

Class 4 Prelim 18 (Open)

NB: Participants who enter class 1 or 2 may not enter class 4.

Entries to the office by Wednesday 3rd June by 5pm, times available Thursday 4th PM.

£10 per class.

Collect points towards the league.

Rules: CONDITIONS OF ENTRY - By entering you are deemed to have agreed to the following:

1. All persons enter the show and its grounds at their own risk & the organisers accept no responsibility for injury, accident, loss or damage. 2. The organisers reserve the right to remove persons from the show ground.

 3. Lead rein ponies are to be shown in a snaffle bridle with the lead rein attached to the noseband only. 4. No spurs to be worn by any junior rider (16 years & under).  5. All horses/ponies competing in ridden classes to be 4 years old or over. 6. Age of rider/handler/horse/pony is taken on show day unless otherwise stated. 7. Hats to current BSI standards must be worn correctly by all handlers aged 16 years and under at all times when mounted and in in-hand classes. We strongly advise that riders and handlers 17 years and over wear hats to current BSI standards at all times. Beaglers/Top hats to be worn at your own risk. Body protectors are recommended for jumping.  8. It is the responsibility of the competitors to be in the ring on time. 9. No person will enter any ring or enclosure unless required to do so to compete or at the specific request of the ring judge. 10. Horses/ponies must be not be left unattended or in the charge of a person or persons not suitably competent to safely control the animal. 11. All horses/ponies must have a valid passport and the organisers reserve the right to request that such a document is produced for inspection. 12. All persons must be aware of vehicles and animals moving round the show field and should abide by the spectator/horse/dog only zones at all times. 13. Dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times and any faeces must be cleaned up immediately and appropriately disposed of. Please do not bring dogs that may pose a threat to other persons or animals. Vaccinations & worming must be up to date. 14. Children 16 years and under must be supervised by an adult at all times. 15. NO GALLOPING anywhere on the showground unless requested by a judge. 16. Rubbish must be placed in the bins provided or removed from the show field.

17. Vehicles must not be mucked out on the show field or any part of the farm. 18. It is compulsory that all horses/ponies present have appropriate Public Liability Insurance. 19. Any person behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave and will be disqualified. 20. The organiser reserves the right to cancel, alter, amend, split or amalgamate classes according to entries and circumstances. 21. Any complaints must be lodged, in writing, with the show secretary within 30 minutes of the close of the class. A deposit of £25 must be left which will be refunded if the complaint is upheld. 21. No refunds will be given on entries.
